A Little About Me

I’d love to connect with you!

I approach my work with people as a fellow work-in-progress. I have my own story, my own brokenness, and my own strength and beauty. It is always a deep privilege to get to know my clients, and I strive to create a space that is welcoming and helpful for each person I work with.

My goal is to meet my clients where they are and to work with them to develop a plan that fits their needs. I take a multi-faceted approach by engaging both the current issues my clients are facing as well as their stories from the past. I most look forward to working with clients who are honest about what’s happening inside of them and who are willing to do the hard work of naming the truth about themselves and their story. I believe this process leads to healing. I have seen this prove to be true both in my clients’ therapeutic work and in my own, personal work in therapy.

I am passionate about seeing my clients experience freedom from the legacy of trauma in their lives. I love to see people reclaim their voices, their bodies, their stories - that they may truly live.

If you are ready to pursue a deeper level of healing and freedom, I would be honored to take the journey with you!
